How to Get Started

  1. Sign up for a special Loan Officer Lead Repository (LR) account.
  2. Specify your service area so we can connect you with local Real Estate Agents. You will sign a mutual service agreement with each agent.
  3. The contacts in each agent’s EngageCRM account will be connected to your LR account.
  4. Once the Agent provides the necessary information, contacts will automatically be submitted for financial monitoring.

Working in partnership with MonitorBase, when any of the Agent’s contacts take a triggering action, Financial Alerts will notify both you and the Agent. Your notification will specify the type of finanical alert, with predictive analytics. The Agent will connect with you to discuss the lead’s potential credit status, so you can work together on a re-engagement and referral strategy.
